World Of Warcraft - Guild Conduct
Welcome Assassin. Found written here are creeds and standards that every member of our guild are to follow when gaming within the World of Warcraft.
Follow and respect our creed ata ll times
1. Always show HONOR and RESPECT to fellow guild members and all other players.
2. Always hold the Guild in HIGH regard.
3. Never disrespect others or speak in a disrespectful manner of others or the guild. And above all no vulgarity or profanity. Our membership include broad spectrum of people with a various differences in age, sex, race, and beliefs and this must be respected at all times..
4. No disrupting other groups. This is defined as any activity designed to harm or inconvenience a specific player or group of players. This includes spamming of channels and interfering with other groups game play.
5. NO begging from other players or guild members. ASG members proudly earn their equipment. If you need gold or reagents and are willing to trade or pay them back that is fine to ask, but do not expect handouts.
6. NO slandering or defamation of other guildies by any means, whether verbally, virtually, or any other means. Joking is one thing, but if your motives are to be intentionally malicious or spiteful in your communication whether verbally, or virtually via chat functions such as guild chat, officer or public notes, or guild message of the day will not be tolerated. Furthermore if you feel you have been the target of such harassment, please bring the issue up to an officer. Should you feel uncomfortable approaching an officer, or perhaps the issue itself is with an officer, you can bring it to the attention of the acting GM (Domitari).
7. Remember that we are playing a game for fun and enjoyment. If you aren't enjoying yourself and your fellow guild members you are free to leave.
Disciplinary Actions: Any disregard to the Laws of the Guild can result in the following disciplinary actions:-
- First Offense will result in a verbal warning. This may be issued through any Guild Officer, or the Guild Leader
- Second Offense will result demotion from Member status to Initiate.
Third Offense can result in removal from the guild.
Depending on the nature and severity, the Guild Officers and Leadership may institute immediate dismissal. If the Guild Member holds the rank of Guild Officer the member will be demoted from the rank and will be on probationary status for 6 months. After the 6-month probationary period the guild member is eligible to petition the Guild Leadership for reinstatement to Guild Officer.
The use of Vulgar Profanity of any kind whether directed toward any Guild Member or other Player or spoken in general with the purpose to disrespect or demean any player or guild may result in the immediate dismissal of the Guild Member committing the offense by any Guild Officer.
Remember each of you wears the guild tag and that guild tag represents us all, the Guild Leader and the Officers do not take lightly any behaviour that calls the honor or reputation of The Assassins Guild into question.
